Somehow I’ve never made an apricot cake for cake club so this is a first and I’m pretty excited. Find a friend and a warm place to sit outside and slice up this cake:

I'll be in the corner at the Kebabery on June 16th from 5-9. I'll also be selling slices of this cake that night as part of a joint Fight the Patriarchy Father's Day fundraiser with Kitazawa Seeds and the Kebabery. I'll be donating 25% of cake slice sales that night to ARC-Access Reproductive Care Southeast, and your dinner at the Kebabery will too.
Cake club cakes are 6" and $35. I can take cash, Venmo, Paypal, or card upon pick-up.
